St
Catherine
Drive up through the mountains to the world famous
monastery of St Catherine. Tour the monastery,
its main chapel, museum and the
chamber of skulls. Take refreshments
outside the monastery. Visit the small town of St
Catherine – Egypt’s highest town at 1550 metres above sea
level – before returning back to Nuweiba.

St Catherine
& Moses Mountain
In addition to the
visit to the monastery and town, one also climbs Sinai Mountain,
also known as Moses Mountain. This is best done during the
afternoon to see the sunset in the winter time and at night to
see the sunrise in the summer time. Participants must be
reasonably fit.

Bridge
Canyon & Coloured Canyon
Drive by jeep to the
Bridge Canyon, walk through the canyon, enjoy a simple,
traditional bedouin lunch at the end of the canyon, drive down
