Any guest who has booked accommodation directly at the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel and who has to cancel or change their hotel reservations with us as a result of the collapse of XL, will be able to do so without any penaties or additional charges, unless in case of extending the duration of their stay. We shall offer all possible assistance we can to those who have suffered from these unfortunate circumstances.
