Export and trading activities were added later and whilst the company was first registered in Cairo it now also has offices in Nuweiba, South Sinai.

The Company is owner and operator of the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel - a 48 suite resort hotel on a private beach along the east coast of Sinai.

The registered capital of the company now stands at LE 30 million, with an annual turnover of LE 8 million and over 30 employees.
